#AD @Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt is the perfect ingredient to make these 3-ingredient Spiced Cranberry Cloud Cookies. Grab Chobani® Vanilla Greek Yogurt in the 32 oz Multi Serve Tub at @walmart. I hope you enjoy this simple 3 ingredient recipe. I call them cloud cookies because they are fluffy with cake-like deliciousness that are loaded with sweet cranberries.

3-ingredient Spiced Cranberry Cloud Cookies:
1 Box spiced cake mix
2 cups Chobani® Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Open cake mix and reserve 1 Tbsp mix on a small plate to use for later. In a medium sized bowl, mix cake mix and Chobani® Vanilla Greek Yogurt together until completely combined. Add in cranberries and mix. Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon sized spoon and scoop out cookies and spread apart on prepared cookie sheet. Grab reserved mix on plate and a small flat surface like the bottom of a cup. Dip bottom of cup into mix and gently press cookie mounds down to 1/2 inch thickness. Sprinkle with chopped cranberries and some granulated sugar for sparkle (optional). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and transfer to baking rack to completely cool. Cookies will be soft like “clouds” and cake-like. Enjoy #Chobani

As a child, growing up in Oso, my parents would drive up into the mountains and cut our tree down. We would drive and drive until we saw one that didn’t look like Charlie Browns tree.
Having my own family, it was really important to always have a fresh tree. The smell of a real Christmas tree can’t be beat. Every year we go to a local tree farm. Picture PNW rain, gloomy and ice cold, walking in the mud with three kids. Reese and I are pretty picky. I walk around the tree lot over and over past the same trees for an hour. By the time it’s time to cut the tree down, Mike isn’t happy because he has been walking around behind us, in the cold and he has to use a hand saw to cut through the tree. Both boys ALWAYS want a turn using the saw, one of the boys usually cries or fights with the other. We all lug the huge tree back, finally get it on top of the Denali and tie it down. If my memory serves me correctly, I’m pretty sure the tree has almost slid off before on the drive home. We get the tree home and put it in a big stand. String the lights and hang all our precious ornaments on the tree (5 hours later). Each year the kids pick out a new and special ornament. We have lots of ornaments for Jenny too. EVERY year, no matter what stand we use and how we tether it to the wall, it falls over at one point. Have you ever had a tree crash down in the dead of night? It’s terrifying. Precious ornaments have shattered. I’ve sat on the ground crying over the broken glass of Reese’s baby ornaments, Jenny angels, Mikies fire truck and Nicks basketball. There are lost limbs on ballerinas, Bob the builder and football players.
Last year @balsamhill sent us a gorgeous tree when Christmas Cookie Matchup premiered (it’s on Amazon tv now). It was really nice to have a spider free living room 🤣 Traditions are huge for me so I asked the kids what they wanted and they didn’t care for a real tree again this year. Mike was pretty excited with the decision to skip the tree farms 🎄

I was laying in bed brainstorming what I wanted to make with @thecosmiccrisp apples my friend @chadwickboyd sent me. I needed something to WOW you all. My poinsettia flower cookies are an all-star cookie of mine (currently cover girl for Bake From Scratch magazine) soooo I made a poinsettia Apple galette made entirely out of Cosmic crisp apples. It turned out gorgeous. Would you like to see a video tutorial and recipe on how I created this?
