Mermaid tail cookie tutorial

Using Wilton Tip 4 for the tail outline and tip 104 for the scales and ruffled fin. These cookies are adorable and sure to be a hit at any party.

I alternated between the shades of turquoise to give a beautiful textured and colorful look. The cookie cutter is from Layer Cake Shop. Clink the highlighted pink for links to purchase.
