THE BEST HOMEMADE BROWNIES EVER!!!!
Recipe
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cups natural unsweetened cocoa powder ( I prefer Hershey’s)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9″ by 13″ baking pan. Mix together vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs. In a separate bowl mix baking powder, salt, flour and unsweetened cocoa powder. combine the dry mix to the wet ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Do not over mix. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or tell a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!!
Make them into bites and cover them with AlterEco chocolate

I’ve made these at least 5 times in the past month! They are the best and easy to make! I have a batch cooling now! I added nestle crunch morsels inside and I topped them with snicker bites and m@m’s! I also use half brown sugar and half white. Everyone loves these!

(: I have a batch in the oven. I now portion the ingredients out and keep each batch in 2 ziplock bags to store in the pantry. It makes it super easy as I only need to add the wet ingredients!
