Zinnia Flower tutorial

The fact that I love buttercream flower cookies is no secret but when I saw my friend Angela from NW Healthy mama, I HAD to make Zinnias. These flowers were so fun to make. I used Tip 103 for the petals. Normally I would use this technique and not split each petal up. I usually keep a steady stream of buttercream going but here I have separated each petal. I love the square effect that the Zinnia petals have on this tutorial. I used tip 2 for the center of my Zinnia. You can keep the same color of buttercream or change it up like I did here.
