Hi Emily I am a HUUUUGE fan of yours I follow you on insta and YouTube, Also, if you were to ask me to follow you do errands I would gladly do so, J.Kidding ? I want to give this recipe a go and I went over to the “i am baker” site and read the full recipe description, my Q: to you is, she used 16 tabs of milk and I trust her, but her icing looks less “firmer” than yours in the pics above, unless I am seeing things, may I ask if you used the 16 tabs of milk on your batch, or did you use less? I am thinking maybe you put your frosting on the fridge as well and that may have helped your icing look firmer and not “spread looking” I want to use the scoop like you to top the icing on cupcakes, but I don’t want it to spread down…. I am making sense to you? Thank you and please keep uploading videos on YouTube, I got my mum and sis to follow you as well ???? BIG FANS!

Oohhhhh this made me so happy! You are amazing!!!!!! Ok so I used half the amount of milk or maybe 6 table spoons because I like mine firmer. I should have disclosed that.
